I could not manage 130 employees without the knowledge Teri has given me through Relationship Strategies.  This information allows me to know what expectations to have of each employee's work style.  I know who will irritate who and why. I know what each employee values the most and how to give each employee as much of what they want/need, as is possible.   This insight makes the building of travel teams more successfully balanced.

I've been in many seminars before, but have never gone through the whole session without checking to see what time it is.  That was not the case with Teri Frana and Relationship Strategies.  The time went quickly, thanks to such interesting material presented in such an effective manner.

Teri is energetic and real. Most of us try to hide the ugliness within us for fear of rejection, but Teri's love for God and her obedience to Him is very apparent as she shared some of the struggles in her own life. I was disappointed we didn't have more time to hear her talk. She is very inspiring.

Teri Frana is a "real" person. She does not put on a "Christian act" to make a good impression, and relates to people by being herself; openly admitting faults and life lessons learned, rather than acting superior and perfect. Teri eats, breaths and lives The Word, with constant interaction with Christ. I've learned a lot about living the Christ Life from Teri's example and influence.

Teri's workshop put a whole new spin of the concept of personality assessment--she helped me see not only what my personality type was, but how to show respect and love to the other types. It will help me immensely not only in my professional life, but in my private life as well.

I have attended two workshops presented by Teri and I can honestly say that her manner of presenting is inviting, warm, and non-threatening.
